As part of our service, all drivers will meet you at the pick up and drop off area, outside terminal, and assist you with your luggage to your waiting vehicle. Usually the night before you disembark, you will be given a time to leave your deck. Please let our admin staff know if your pick up time has changed for your collection from Southampton Docks for the following morning.
