To help our admin staff please fill in every box with your full address, including house and postcode, mobile number and flight numbers etc. Failure to do so will create a delay in your bookings being made.
Departures:
For a long haul flight please allow 3 hours checking in time prior to your flight. For a short haul flight please allow 2 hours checking in time prior to your flight. For Gatwick, Heathrow, Luton please allow 2 hours travelling time.
Arrivals:
Please add 45 minutes to your pick up time (to allow time to go through passport control and collect luggage, this also allows us time to park and meet you in the arrivals hall.) For Stansted Airport, City Airport, Luton Airport and Sea Ports – please ring us once you are waiting in the pick up and drop off area.
Luggage:
If you are travelling with carry on luggage, please choose hand luggage (we allow 30 minutes after your flight has landed.) If you are travelling with hold luggage please select the amount of cases you are travelling with (we allow 45 minutes after your flight has landed.). This is so we can select the correct pick up time for you.
